The Manors at Valley Ranch is a Texas Limited Partnership formed for the purpose of developing luxury high end townhomes in Valley Ranch. Allegheny Land Company is the general partner of The Manors at Valley Ranch. Established in 1991, Allegheny Land Company has developed over 3,500 single family homesites in more than18 communities throughout the metroplex. Allegheny Land Company, in conjunction with Worthington Builders, has built luxury custom homes in several different communities in Southlake, Texas. Those completed communities in Southlake are Napa Valley Estates Phase I, Napa Valley Estates Phase II, Evergreen Estates and Lakes on Dove.

The Manors at Valley Ranch offer a unique custom approach to home building while providing new and innovative floor plans, setting the standard for design and luxury. Features such as barrel arches, graceful pillars, and stone elevations are what make The Manors a true luxury experience. Much of the Manors success can be attributed to its CEO Mr. Tatum. With a background in accounting and law Mr. Tatum has built a lasting company, hundreds of happy homeowners and can still offer an individualistic approach to our customers and homebuilding.
